At the "grotto" Church of Notre Dame, on 114th Street at Morningside Drive,
MUSIC DIVINE will present "Early Renaissance Treasures: the Dawn of Classical Music" featuring music of Josquin Desprez and Heinrich Isaac.
We will perform a composite mass using movements from Josquin's Missa Une mousse de Biscaye, and Isaac's Missa Een vrolic wesen. The program will also include a 6-voice motet by each and Thomas Tomkins's Music Divine.
Admission for those fully employed at a living wage is $20; for all others it is $10.
