Giovanni Battista Draghi

(ca.1640-1708)

Italian musician. He may have been the brother of Antonio Draghi. He was one of the Italian musicians employed by Charles II, and wrote much incidental music for the London theatres. He was highly praised by Pepys and Evelyn, and was an excellent keyboard player, being organist to James II's private chapel and music master to Princess Mary and Princess Anne.
